Advanced funeral and cremation planner. I also sell cemetery and mausoleum property. My degree is in Behavioral Studies with a focus on grief and loss. I speak to groups on the importance of completing final directives. The last piece of an estate plan is the funeral or cremation plan. I would be glad to give you a tour of our state of the art planning center and explain financial options and give you an estimate.

Paul Kryczko has over 20 years of experience within the graphic design industry. Having worked at various advertising agencies for the last two decades, he has serviced a variety of clients in the hospitality, automotive, construction, interior design, gourmet food, art, and retail industries. He has recently started his own design company, PK Designworks, specializing in print projects for small to medium size businesses.

His hands-on attitude has given Jonathan the gifts of management experience, sales promotion and marketing of landscape architectural services. His current business, Palm Springs Landscape .Com, is focused on landscape design and installation with a thirst for continuing to provide interest and exitement to his projects.

Troy Kudlac is a Leasing Manager with the Abbey Company in Palm Springs, California. As a Leasing Manager Troy’s task is to collectively stabilize the company’s holdings near the Palm Springs international Airport as well as lead the search in identifying assets for acquisition.

Prior to the Abbey Company Mr. Kudlac was a broker with CB Richard Ellis for four years specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and office projects as well as ground up developments.

In his last two years with CBRE, Troy was responsible for over $35 million of transactions and earned the honors of 2007 industrial broker of the year for the Coachella Valley. Throughout his tenure at CBRE Troy solidified lease and sale transactions with eleven companies from the Fortune 50 list.
